Aulus Tadius Gala is an aedile of the lower offices but holds some amount of power in that he handles the purchases of magical items for the Senate. This often makes him the center of a great deal of intrigue. His gens (Gala) has been under a cloud of suspicion since his father was implicated in the sale of goods to Alkasas, an enemy of the Empire. He spends his days trying to redeem his family name and win position in the Empire.
